How Bookmarks work

  • Save with one click. Bookmark any opportunity from search results or its detail page.
  • Shared with your team. Bookmarks appear in a dashboard visible to your whole organization, which avoids two people triaging the same opportunity.
  • Convert when ready. When you decide to bid, convert the bookmark into a pursuit with one click. The opportunity moves into your Pursuits pipeline with its documents attached.

When to bookmark vs. pursue

This split keeps pipeline metrics accurate: pursuits contain only opportunities your team is actively working, and bookmarks hold everything else.
